Recently at a fallball game, some of the parents from the opposing out of town team were heckling the umpire. It just so happened that the umpire was one of the Newville teen umpires, and it got so bad that he eventually walked off the field. Why should anyone have to listen or deal with this kind of abuse? Especially at a youth sporting event...
WITF radio regularly hosts Radio Smart Talk where they discuss local issues from around the area.
